Introducing MXDC Academy: The new professional workshop series from The Mexican Professionals Network (MXDC). We are kicking off this initiative with a session dedicated to strengthening your professional toolkit for the job market. Our goal is to provide practical, accessible guidance to support the career development of the Mexican community in Washington, DC.

Looking to showcase your achievements and capture the attention of recruiters and hiring managers?

Join us for an interactive workshop led by David Fletcher, Career Advisor at American University’s School of International Service. You will learn how to craft a CV and cover letter that clearly communicate your unique profile, experience, and potential.

About the Speaker: David serves on the career advising team for Master’s and PhD students, as well as recent alumni. Beyond supporting high-level fellowship applicants through the Office of Merit Awards, he represents the School of International Service in various orientation and outreach activities. His coaching experience and practical approach make him the ideal partner to help you define your goals and advance your career.

The workshop will conclude with a Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and receive tailored advice.
